South West Floor Care.
We rebuilt the website for a Bristol stone and tile floor specialist to turn more visitors into quote requests.
South West Floor Care is a small family firm based in Bristol. It cleans and restores stone, tile and luxury vinyl floors across Bristol, Bath and South Gloucestershire. The job was to rebuild its old website so more visitors ask for a quote.
Overview
Great floors. A website to match.
South West Floor Care has cleaned and restored floors in the South West for over 12 years. The same small team quotes the job, does the work and answers the phone. Its old website did not show the quality of that work, and it was hard to ask for a price. The business wanted a site that turns more visits into quotes.
We rebuilt the website from the ground up, with real before and after photos and a quick way to get a fixed price.
The challenge
Good work. Hard to see online.
Where they started
What the work had to do
The strategy
Design, build and convert, one plan.
We ran three workstreams side by side, each built around how home owners and businesses choose who to trust with their floors.
A design that lets the floors do the talking
We designed a clean new look around the client’s own photos. A before and after slider shows the change on a real job, and short, plain wording explains each service.
A website rebuilt around each service
We rebuilt the website in WordPress, with its own page for stone floors, tile and grout, Amtico and Karndean, commercial floors and worktops. We added a map of the areas they cover and answers to common questions.
A quote journey made for phones
We built a three step quote form where visitors tick what needs cleaning and add a few phone photos. We put the phone number, Google reviews and a quote button on every page, so it is easy to get in touch.
The result
Clearer services. Easier quotes.
We gave South West Floor Care a website that matches the quality of its work, from the first look to a fixed price.
What the client gained
“People want to see the finish before they let someone into their home. Our job was to show it clearly and make the next step easy.”
