Cooler Options Plumbing & Heating.
We designed and built a new website for a Cheshire plumbing and heating company.
Cooler Options Plumbing & Heating is a family run plumbing and heating business based in Crewe. It fits boilers, repairs heating and handles emergency plumbing across Cheshire and the North West. The job was to launch the new brand online and make it easy for local homes to call or ask for a quote.
Overview
A new brand. Ready on day one.
Cooler Options Plumbing & Heating is a family run business based in Crewe, set up to focus on homes. The team fits boilers, repairs heating, fixes everyday plumbing problems and handles emergency call outs. Its customers are homeowners, landlords and property managers across Cheshire and the North West.
We designed and built a new website that explains each service clearly and makes it quick to call or ask for a quote.
The challenge
A new name. Starting from scratch.
Where they started
What the work had to do
The strategy
Design and build, side by side.
We ran two workstreams side by side, each built around how people choose a plumber when something goes wrong at home.
A clean design for a new brand
We designed a clean, simple look for the new brand. We used plain wording, clear headings and real photos, and put Gas Safe details, reviews and local cover where visitors see them first.
A website built around each service
We built a new WordPress website with its own page for boiler installs, heating, emergency plumbing and general plumbing. We added pages for the areas covered, reviews and the team, with a call button and a quote form on every page.
The result
Clearer services. Easier calls.
We gave Cooler Options Plumbing & Heating a website that helps local people find it, trust it and get in touch.
What the client gained
“When the boiler breaks, people want a plumber they can trust and reach fast. Our job was to make both easy to see online.”
