Boxed In Storage.

We developed the website and ran Google Ads, Meta Ads and CRO to help more people across Bristol find simple, local self storage.

Boxed In Storage is a small self storage business in Bristol. It rents secure storage containers at two sites, in St George and Shirehampton. The job was to get the units in front of more local people who need space.

Overview

Secure storage. Seen by more locals.

Boxed In Storage rents storage containers at two sites in Bristol, one in St George and one in Shirehampton. Customers get 24/7 access, CCTV and drive-up units for home or business storage. It is a small team that cares about the personal touch. They wanted more people nearby to know they were there and book a unit.

We developed the website, used Google Ads and Meta Ads to bring people in, and improved key pages so more of them get in touch.

The challenge

Great units. Not enough people knew.

Where they started

Two storage sites, each serving a different part of Bristol
A small local business up against big national storage brands
Happy customers, but not many new people hearing about it
No steady flow of new enquiries from search or social media

What the work had to do

Reach people near both sites who need storage
Bring in more enquiries at a sensible cost per lead
Show what makes Boxed In different, like 24/7 access and fair prices
Spend the ad budget where it brings in real leads

The strategy

Build, advertise, then convert.

We ran four workstreams side by side, built around how people in Bristol look for storage.

A website built for bookings

We developed the website so it is clear and easy to use on any device. Both sites and their units are simple to find, and every page makes it easy to book or get in touch.

Google Ads for people searching for storage

We ran Google Ads for people in Bristol searching for self storage and storage units. We focused the budget on the searches most likely to turn into a booking, and kept a close eye on the cost of each lead.

Paid search Local keywords Lead tracking

Meta Ads that reach local people

We ran ads on Facebook and Instagram for people living near each site. We built the ads around real moments when people need space, like moving home, clearing out or storing stock for a business. Each ad led people to book a unit or get in touch.

Paid social Local targeting Ad creative

CRO that turns ad clicks into enquiries

We looked at where visitors dropped off and made the key pages clearer, with stronger calls to action and simpler ways to book a unit. That helps more of the people the ads bring in turn into leads.

Page testing Calls to action Booking journey

The result

More leads. At a fair cost.

Google Ads brought in 350+ leads at an average of £27 per lead. Meta Ads kept Boxed In Storage in front of local people on Facebook and Instagram. A clearer website and stronger key pages make it easy for those visitors to book or get in touch.
